About Brass Customized Profiles
Some products need a cross-section that standard rods, strips and angles cannot provide: a handle profile, a glazing section, a decorative moulding or a part designed to interlock with another component.
We take enquiries for brass profiles made to the buyer’s drawing or sample. The first step is to confirm that the section can be produced, what tolerances are practical and what quantity makes production worthwhile.
How to start a custom profile enquiry
- Send a drawing with all dimensions, or a sample with a photo and measurements.
- Tell us the length, quantity and finish required.
- We review the section and confirm feasibility, then share a quotation.
If you know the cross-sectional area from your CAD drawing, the calculator can estimate the weight per metre.
